Beginning from a small humble labor contract jobs to their own development projects it has been a long journey of sheer hard work with complete honesty. In the beginning the company has established itself as a quality civil contractor and later saw a dream of making the company developing their own projects.

The dream came true when the company in the year 1993 started their own development project Shiv Prabha & Shiv Prerna at Asalphe Village in Ghatkopar and successfully implemented the work on time with all modern amenities and quality- construction. Till date the company has constructed homes for thousands of peoples by building about 3.30 millions sq. ft. of work.
